Leap Active was started by James and Harry, two best friends brought together by a shared love of activity, adventure, and making a real difference in young lives. With a wealth of experience in education, sport, and childcare, they’ve built Leap Active from the ground up with a simple but powerful belief: every child deserves to feel confident, valued, and excited to learn and play.

I have a BSc in Sports Development and
Coaching and over 10 years of coaching
experience, including five years working with primary school children. I am passionate about helping both children and adults learn and grow through being active both mentally
and physically. I am a keen snowboarder, hiker and whittler.

Harry Thomas
I have over 10 years of coaching experience, including six years in primary schools, where I’ve honed engaging methods to ensure every participant enjoys learning. After school, I spent five years in Australia playing cricket
and refining my coaching skills. Outside of
work, I enjoy snowboarding, baking, BBQs,
and concerts, balancing my active lifestyle.
